Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can upgrade any time and the change takes effect right away. Your saved cruises and details stay exactly as they were.
Yes. Go to your account page and choose Manage. From there you can move between Silver and Gold, or switch between monthly and annual. If you move to a cheaper plan part way through a billing period, you are credited for the time you have not used.
Yes. Cancel from Manage on your account page and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you move back to the free Blue plan.
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you have saved and you can still edit it, you just cannot add new cruises while you are above your new plan limit.
Apple and Google look after billing for app subscriptions, so you change or cancel those in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Anything you change there updates your Cruise Hive account automatically.
Yes, you sign in or create a free account first so your plan and cruises are saved to you. It only takes a moment with your email.
Yes. Payments on the website are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Purchases made in the app are handled by Apple or Google.
Annual works out cheaper because you get two months free compared to paying each month. The features are exactly the same on both.
