The new “Carnival Live” program has started with a debut performances by the rock band STYX on Carnival Fantasy and Carnival Fascination. The private performances which cost between $20 all the way up to $150 for VIP tickets were sold out.

There are more Carnival Live performances to come including Jennifer Hudson and LeAnn Rimes. The shows will be held in the main show lounge while the ship is in port. Carnival has booked a total of 49 performances to be featured on different ships in the fleet for 2014.
