Two Passengers Found Dead On Holland America Cruise Ship

Two passengers have been found dead on a Holland America cruise ship while it was docked in San Juan, Puerto Rico on April 2nd.

It seems that the two passengers died in a murder-suicide and were found in their stateroom at around 11:30 AM on Thursday. The guests were found by room steward crew members who were planning on cleaning the room. Holland America stated that “the cabin was immediately secured and authorities were notified.” The deceased passengers are a Woman and a Man but their identity has not yet been released.

The ms Ryndam which is operated by Holland America Line is currently sailing a 14-day Southern Caribbean cruise which departed Tampa, Florida on March 29th. The ship is expected back on April 12th and no reports yet if this sad event has caused a delay.
