Symphony of the Seas is Days Away from Completion

Here's the latest Royal Caribbean video of Symphony of the Seas, just day's to go as the finishing touches are now being done.

Symphony of the Seas which is set to be the new world’s largest cruise ship is just days away from completion at STX France shipyard in Saint-Nazaire. Royal Caribbean which will soon take delivery of the new ship posted a new video from onboard while the finishing touches are being done.

Symphony of the Seas Finishing Touches

So at the moment the final touches and tests are being done on Symphony of the Seas as we’re just days away until she begins sailing in Europe. The ship is full of not just shipyard workers but also hired contractors and arriving crew members all preparing for the first cruise guests this month.

We’ve been covering this new Royal Caribbean cruise ship extensively and just days ago we posted an impressive drone video which caught all the workers taking final snaps of the world’s largest cruise ship while at the shipyard in France.

Symphony of the Seas has now completed all the major construction milestones including the floating out on the water for the very first time and the recent successful completion of sea trials just off the coast.

In another video, Royal Caribbean did a hyper-lapse tour around the entire cruise ship. In English, this is a super fast video. What made it more impressive was the cool music and seeing all the work being done onboard.

Symphony of the Seas will be ready for its maiden voyage from Barcelona on March 31. This first voyage is a lot earlier than first expected as the fourth Oasis-class ship was first expected to begin sailing in April 2018. The new Royal Caribbean cruise ship will begin offering Caribbean cruises in November 2018.

The ship is 230,000 gross tons and has more features than small cities! Discover more on one of our previous posts and also learn about the new family suites right here.
