The new ‘Seuss At Sea’ program which Carnival Cruise Lines announced back in December 2013 has now been rolled out to the Carnival Splendor last week. It;s the very first ship to feature Seuss At Sea which will be rolled out fleet wide over time.

The festivities started with a Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast with Cat in the Hat and friends which is a popular feature from the Dr Seuss books. the event was held in the ships dining room along with dressed up waiters to add to the experience. Popular Dr Seuss characters also attended including Cat in the Hat, Thing One, Thing Two and of course Sam-I-Am. Kids and even the adults were able to have a photo with their favorite Seuss characters too.

The upgrade will also include some special dedicated Seuss At Sea spaces which Cruise Hive has previously reported on. The Program will be rolled out to all ships in the fleet by 2015.
