Carnival Vista has successfully completed sea trials in the Adriatic sea. Earlier this week the brand new class cruise ship for Carnival Cruise Line went through many sailing tests to make sure the ship is sea worthy and ready for service.
Carnival has released some stunning shots of the Carnival Vista during its sea trials, take a look below:
The 133,500 gross ton Carnival Vista is now in the final stages of construction. The interior spaces are now being fitted out and crew members are already onboard setting up their workspaces.
Carnival Vista will set sail on its maiden voyage from the Fincantieri shipyard in Triste, Italy on May 1, 2016. The 3,954 passenger ship will operate a schedule of eight- to 13-day Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona and Athens. The ship will then reposition to New York in November for a pair of 11-day voyages then launch year-round Caribbean service from Miami later that month.
