Royal Caribbean Releases 4th Oasis Class Construction Photos

Royal Caribbean has several new cruise ships on the way, one of the most anticipated ships coming is the cruise lines fourth Oasis-class vessel. The ship will be sister to Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas and the upcoming Harmony of the Seas. Not much is yet known about the fourth oasis class ship but it will be the same design and probably same tonnage as the 227,700 gross ton Harmony of the Seas.

Here are the latest construction photos of the ship:

As you can see there is a long way to go, so far the individual blocks are coming together nicely but not much of a ship just yet. The keel was laid in October 2015 and there is some major construction milestone still to come at the STX shipyard in St. Nazaire, France. We last received construction photos of the fourth Oasis-class ship 2 months ago and a lot has been done since then.

The vessel will become among the largest in the world once it arrives in Spring 2018. The ship will carry around 5,480 passengers at double occupancy. Royal Caribbean has not yet revealed the ship’s name and many more announcements of the ship will be released throughout 2016.
