Royal Caribbean has sent out a letter to guests booked on certain sailings stating the DreamWorks experience will be removed across the fleet from April 2019.
Royal Caribbean Removes DreamWorks Experience
The popular Royal Caribbean Blog site is reporting that Royal Caribbean is removing the DreamWorks programming as mentioned in a letter sent out to guests on select sailings.
In the letter, the cruise line said that they regularly review and refresh the offerings to ensure that guests always get diverse and exciting experiences. As a result, Royal Caribbean will no longer have the DreamWorks experience across the fleet from April 1, 2019.
On cruises, after the stated date the cruise line will still be offering great onboard entertainment to keep the entire family busy. Alternative activities will still be offered and kids and plenty of choice at the complimentary and award-winning Adventure Ocean youth program.

Royal Caribbean puts on a wide range of DreamWorks activities and shows throughout the sailing. We just recently came back from Quantum of the Seas in China and even that ship had appearances from favorite characters like Shrek and Po from Kungfu Panda along with the parade show which did seem to be scaled back for that specific ship.
The DreamWorks partnership with Royal Caribbean started on Allure of the Seas in 2010. From then the program rolled out to many other vessels across the fleet.
