During an online conference call today, Costa Cruises announced details on two ships that will sail in South America including the second LNG-powered Costa Toscana.

Royal Caribbean have announced a new era in dining with the new “Dynamic Dining” program which is set to debut on Quantum of the seas and Anthem of the Seas.

Guests will be in the driving seat when it comes to making seating reservations, dress code and even seating options. 18 dining venues will be apart of this new culinary experience along with a new take for the main dining room. Guests will also be able to choose from five complimentary, full service restaurants as part of their dining experience.

The five complimentary dining venues included in a special dining event each night are restaurants only available on Royal Caribbean cruise ships and each with it’s own dedicated Chef de Cuisine. This will include American Icon Grill, Chic, Silk, The Grande and Coastal Kitchen all with their own unique foods.

Popular British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver will also have his own dining venue which will debut on Quantum of the seas and then later Anthem of the Seas. Jamie’s new venue will be called “Jamie’s Italian” which will bring his love of Italian food to cruise passengers.

Jamie’s Italian is part of Royal Caribbeans “Next-Level Specialty Dining” which will also debut on the two new Quantum class vessels. these will be special dining venues known for their world class tastes. as part of this new concept there wil be Wonderland, Jamie’s Italian, Michael’s Genuine Pub and Devinly Decadence at Solarium Bistro.

All the usually Royal Caribbean dining venues which are featured on many of the ship in the current fleet will also continue aboard the Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas.
