Another Norwegian Cruise Lines ship has completed a dry dock and now back in service showcasing its fresh new look.
Norwegian Jade has completed a three-week dry dock as part of “The Norwegian Edge” investment program. The ship received enhancements all over including two brand new restaurants and two new bars and lounges, updated design and dรฉcor in many public spaces, and a refurbishment of all staterooms.

Refurbishment Highlights
Norwegianโs 24-hour neighborhood pub-style restaurant, OโSheehanโs Bar & Grill, has been added to deck eight. The pub also has modern flooring, refurbished front and back bars and new banquet seating.
The Pit Stop, a newly installed concept for Norwegian Jade, will serve up poolside fun and fare in a 1950s-style American diner atmosphere, clad with vintage license plates, gas station signage, and classic car elements.
A new Bliss Ultra Lounge on deck seven, which has the feel of an upscale Miami nightclub and features a cool color palette of silvers, greys, and black.
Moderno Churrascaria received a new home on deck 13 and features a new upscale glass door entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for stunning panoramic views of the ocean enhanced by new flooring, wall coverings and upgraded furniture.
Norwegian Jade also had technical improvements and general upgrades which will enhance the guest experience even further. All staterooms were upgraded with new carpets, furniture, flat screen TVs, new larger headboards with USB charging outlets and more than 2000 new pieces of artwork. The Fitness Center, Photo Gallery, central Atrium, The Haven Suites, and Villas all received enhancements.
The ship arrived back in Tampa, Florida this morning and will resume the final part of its winter season. On April 30, 2017, Norwegian Jade will sail across the Atlantic to begin itineraries out of Southampton and Hamburg.
