A brand new web app has been launched by Holland America Line, a new tool to enhance the guest experience even further while onboard.
Guests can enjoy the use of a new web app which has been launched by Holland America Line. The new tool called “Navigator” doesn’t need to be downloaded, passengers can simply register and login to use all the mobile friendly features.

“Consumers expect to be able to plan their activities digitally, and Navigator makes it easy for our guests to put many of our shipboard experiences at their fingertips.” “Navigator is changing the way we’re presenting various options on board, and with all of the convenient features it’s easier than ever to plan your time and have instant access to personalized cruise details.”
Navigator is full of features including daily activities, explore and book shore excursions, view restaurant menus and make dining reservations, view spa treatments, connect to paid internet and shipboard account balance. The web app can be used be using the ships onboard Wi-Fi and it is totally free. Guests can sign up to use the service even before the cruise and this can be used for making plans and researching for the upcoming voyage. The Holland America site can also be browsed as part of the free service.
