Carnival Cruise Line has announced an expansion to the Carnival Hub App with new updated features and capabilities. The pizza delivery service which was being tested has also rolled out to more ships and pre-cruise purchases can be made.
Carnival Hub App Expands
The Carnival Hub app is already the most popular in the cruise industry with 1.5 million downloads and now it has even more ways to enhance cruise vacation. The cruise line has announced the launch of pre-cruise purchasing functionality and the pizza delivery service is now available across 11 ships in the fleet with a fleetwide rollout to be completed by the end of the year.
Ron Dillehay, vice president of booked guest e-commerce and guest experience for Carnival Cruise Line, said:
“At Carnival, we want to help our guests Choose Fun from the moment they book their cruise. The new features on the Hub App bring their vacation planning to the palm of their hand in ways that consumers have come to expect from great technology.”
New Pre-Cruise Functionality
This is a huge featured launched by the cruise line as guests can now manage their booking, complete their online check-in and re-purchase any packages needed. Shore excursions and reservations can also be booked using the app which now is a full fledge essential tool for Carnival cruises.
Expanded ‘Pizza Anywhere’ Feature
The Pizza delivery feature was first tested on the Vista class ships. It provides the “Pizza Anywhere” feature which guests can use to order a custom made pizza by simply marking their location onboard and taking a selfie to identify themselves. The service is automatically charged to the onboard Sail & Sign account which can also be controlled with the app which is $5 per pizza. Beverage delivery is also planned to be rolled out in the future.
Pizza delivery can now be enjoyed onboard Carnival Horizon, Carnival Vista, Carnival Victory, Carnival Magic, Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Dream, Carnival Sensation, Carnival Glory, Carnival Ecstasy, and Carnival Liberty.

The Carnival Hub is available to download for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It also offers chat features, account tracking and the schedule of onboard activities known as Fun Times.
