The new Coco Beach Club on Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at CocoCay private island in the Bahamas has debuted.

Royal Caribbean’s private island which is in the Bahamas has opened up its latest venue, the Coco Beach Club. The cruise line welcomed the first guests to experience the new venue today at Perfect Day at CocoCay.

Now that the venue has opened it completes phase one of the transformation of the island which has cost Royal Caribbean $250 million. The exclusive beach club includes the first floating cabanas in the Bahamas which will no doubt be in demand with Royal Caribbean guests.

The cruise line has released the first photos of the new beach club and its features below:


The floating Cabanas bring some Bora Bora to the private island with 20 cabanas each featuring a private slide into the ocean, overwater hammock, dining area, freshwater shower, wet bar, and a stunning view all day long until it’s time to head back to the ship.

There are also 10 beach cabanas available for guests to reserve which are located at the Coco Beach Club they can accommodate up to eight guests featuring loungers, a dining area, charging outlets, mini-fridge, snorkel gear, and even a dedicated attendant. Not a bad day full of fun and relaxation!


This is the central area of the exclusive Beach Front area with a bar serving specialty cocktails including the signature drink Coco Cuvee. There is a 2,600 square foot infinity pool which has in-pool loungers, daybeds and more. The exclusive restaurant at the Clubhouse is only for Coco Beach Club guests and offers an impressive menu including fresh lobster.


South Beach is open and provides guests some fun with volleyball and beachside basketball. Snack Shack is available for some snacks and a drink from one of the three bars including the floating bar just offshore.

To experience the new venue at the private island you’ll have to book a cruise with Royal Caribbean from one of the many ports in the United States that include a port of call there. Perfect Day at CocoCay opened in May 2019 and has become one of the best destinations to visit in the region.
