Princess Cruises Confirms Two Cruise Ships Have Been Sold

Princess Cruises has confirmed in communication to travel agents that two cruise ships have been sold which is in-line with Carnival Corp's announcement of a total of 18 vessels being disposed of.

It’s being reported from Greece that the MSC Magnifica has had some minor damage due to bad weather in the region. According to Cruise Critic the ship had apparently hit a mooring light while trying to dock at the Greek port of Piraeus yesterday morning. It did cause slight damage but repairs are being made in the port and there will only be a small delay to the departure. There were also no injuries to any passengers, crew or port staff.

The MSC Magnifica is currently on an 11-day¬†Mediterranean cruise which started from the Italian port of Genoa. MSC Cruises hasn’t announced and time changes in the schedule so shouldn’t effect passengers.
