Cruise Lines Submit New Health Recommendations to CDC

The Healthy Sail Panel which is a joint expert panel from Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line has submitted its recommendations to the CDC.

Award winning chef Michael Schwartz has been chosen by Royal Caribbean International and The Genuine Hospitality Group as Culinary advisor for Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas.

The chef is well known for a simple and pure approach to food and drink which will fit in well with the innovative ships. Schwartz will help provide an un-matched culinary experience for guests. The chef will already have his own Pubs featured on the ships called “Michael’s Genuine Pub” which is part of Royal Caribbeans new Dynamic Dining concept.

Michael Schwartz has already been involved in dining and beverage departments aboard the oasis class vessels so already has experience working with Royal Caribbean.

Quantum of the Seas will be the first ship to have Michael Schwartz experience shown when it launches in November 2014. Anthem of the Seas will be the second in the class launching in April 2015.
