The second MasterChef cruise is coming to Holland America in 2016 where the hit show will take over one of the cruise line’s largest ships.
The MasterChef cruise will take over the Nieuw Amsterdam for a seven-night Caribbean cruise which will set sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 6th, 2016. This will be the second MasterChef cruise and will host some of the shows best ever home cooks. Passengers will get the chance to experience all things food while onboard.
The special cruise will offer a wide range of event and activities around the vessel throughout the entire voyage. Some events include learning the homes cook’s secret ingredients and watch an all-out final cook off between the reality chefs. Guests will also be able to experience a live mystery box challenge just like on the TV show. There will be a ton of other events along with plenty of opportunities to meet the star chefs.
The cruise will call at Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas. There will be two days at sea so passengers have time to get involved in all the MasterChef Cruise offerings. The voyage will end back at Fort Lauderdale on November 13th, 2016.
The Nieuw Amsterdam is one of the cruise lines largest vessels at 86,700 gross tons.
