When Will Each Cruise Line Resume Sailings Again?

Take a look at when each cruise line will resume cruises once again due to the current state of travel around the world.

Set Sail Safely Act to Get Cruise Industry Moving Again

Florida Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio have introduced a new Set Sail Safely Act to get the cruise industry moving again.

Have you ever thought about booking a secret cruise? We didn’t until we heard about this!

UK based Saga Cruises is featuring a special 3-week secret cruise where passengers won’t be able to know the port of call until the ship is actually there. The cruise line will announce the destination once the ship arrives there so guests will just have to wait and see where they cruise to.

While we actually like the thought of doing this we would hope the Ports of Calls are good and offer good shore excursions and enough time to enjoy. Cruisers will just have to put their trust in the cruise line.

Saga is adding some great incentives too including:

  • Sail from Southampton and enjoy Saga’s return chauffeur service to and from the port.
  • Selected wines at lunch and dinner, house-branded spirits, draught beer and lager, non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks served at no additional cost.
  • Excursions included at every port.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi.
  • All gratuities

The secret cruise will depart from Southampton, UK on November 27, 2018, and we would usually now include the itinerary but I guess not! The sailing will be for 21-days on Saga Sapphire which is 37,300 gross ton vessel and can carry 706 guests.

The sailing will cost from £4,784 so not like your common cruises with Carnival or some others. this is high end cruising with plenty of inclusions and a luxury cruise experience which you all deserve.

We don’t often post about Saga Cruises so while we are it might be worth reading about their new cruise ship order which will arrive in 2019.
