“Carnival Cruise Line has enjoyed a wonderful relationship with the Bahamas for decades and by resuming these calls we are showcasing to our guests the incredible beauty of this destination while at the same time supporting the local economy.”

Carnival cruise ships will be making more than 200 calls in the Bahamas including Half Moon Cay, Princess Cruises private destination Princess Cays and the Nassau. Ships will also continue to deliver urgent supplies to at Freeport on the Hurricane hit Grand Bahama Island.

Half Moon Cay did not suffer from any major damage from Hurricane Dorian. However, after a Hurricane passes by it is important to take time to make an assessment of the island and to make sure there is no impact under the water which could damage vessels.
