Cunard Line is Returning to Alaska in 2019

Cunard Line is returning to Alaska in 2019 with the Queen Elizabeth vessel.

The British cruise line is making a return to Alaska in 2019 with Queen Elizabeth. Voyages will begin in May 2019 and will sail a series of cruises through June. After that, the ship will sail the U.S. west coast through the Panama Canal up to New York and then head across the Atlantic through Iceland and complete in the UK.

Josh Leibowitz, Senior VP, Cunard North America, said:

“Cunard is thrilled to make our return to Alaska with our youngest ship Queen Elizabeth. Our guests can now explore the region on the best itinerary in Alaska—four 10-night round-trip Vancouver sailings with more time in port and opportunities to visit the natural wonders of Tracy Arm Fjord and Hubbard Glacier.”

Queen Elizabeth will offer 10-night cruises out of Vancouver, Canada starting on May 21 and the final voyage will depart on June 20. The scenic views of the Inside Passage along with calls in Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka. Cruise prices start from $1,699 per person.

Early booking is available to World Club members beginning October 30, 2017 with reservations being opened to the general public starting on October 31. For those looking to enjoy the coveted Grills experience, an early booking benefit of complimentary drinks and gratuities is available from October 30, 2017 to February 28, 2018.
