Cruise Line Announces Latin-Themed Sailings in the Caribbean

Princess Cruises has announced Latin-themed cruises in the Caribbean. The two special sailings will take place in July 2019.

Cruise Ship Offers Two Latin-Themed Cruises

The Caribbean Princess cruise ship will sail two Latin-themed itineraries in the Caribbean. The “Sabor Latino” voyage will be catered towards Latin American guests when the cruises set sail in July 2019.

Ryan Barton, director of International Marketing, Princess Cruises, said:

“As the world’s largest premium cruise line, we’re excited to pair our international cruise experience with the ‘Sabor Latino’ flavors.”

“The theme strongly resonates with our Latin American guests and we expect the late-night activities, authentic entertainment, regional cuisine, and other home-away-from-home comforts to pave the way for expanding Latin American support.”

The first cruise will depart Fort Lauderdale, Florida on July 13, 2019, to the eastern Caribbean. The itinerary will include calls at Princess Cays which is a private island experience operated by the cruise line in the Bahamas, as well as visiting St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and St. Maarten.

The second “Sabor Latino” cruise will depart Fort Lauderdale on July 20, 2019. Caribbean Princess will sail a western Caribbean itinerary including calls at Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel.

During both voyages there will be all kinds of Latin American-inspired events and activities including late night DJ dance parties, Latin cocktails, special speakers, and more. There will also be a Spanish-speaking host and shore excursions guided in Spanish along with more familiar options.

To celebrate the spirit of “Sabor Latino,” for a limited time only, Princess Cruises is offering fares up to 50 percent off for the first and second guests, plus 3rd and 4th guest fares from only $299 (USD) per guest.

It gets even better for these two specific themed cruises as Caribbean Princess will complete a huge dry dock in June 2019 adding new features and enhancements. One of the biggest new things being added is the new Reef Family Splash Zone on deck 17 aft.

The Princess cruise ship is 113,000 gross tons with a guest capacity of over 3,100.
