Celebrity Cruises Details Sleek New Port Everglades Terminal

Celebrity Cruises has revealed details for its revolutionary new cruise terminal located in Port Everglades, Florida. This sleek new facility will be ready for the cruise line’s new class cruise ship named Celebrity Edge.

New Celebrity Cruise Terminal

The new terminal in Port Everglades is going to make guests feel their cruise vacation has already started! Just wait until we get to the renderings further below.

The line’s first ever brand-designed terminal called T25 will be sophisticated and modern bringing design elements and inspiration to guests beginning their cruise. Developing T25 is in collaboration with Broward County’s Port Everglades and seasoned architectural firm Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc.

Checking in will be a breeze for everyone and guests will be welcomed with an interactive light wall art installation. It gets even better for Suite class guests as they will experience a retreat lunge just for them. The lounge will keep the experiences relaxed and smooth and there will even be a rooftop terrace.

Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and CEO, Celebrity Cruises, said:

“When designing the revolutionary Celebrity Edge, we knew we wanted to design a terminal that perfectly complemented the ship and matched its one-of-a-kind experience.”

“With cutting-edge technology, in service of a gorgeous design, T25 is that perfect new home. T25 also happens to be Celebrity’s first ever brand-designed cruise terminal, which not only represents a milestone for Celebrity, but also presented us with the opportunity to set yet another standard in design and create the perfect guest experience.”

T25 Renderings

T25 will not just look sleek on the inside but also on the outside. There will be a 1,463 sq. ft. GKD Mediamesh that will wrap the terminal’s exterior and more than 18,000 sq. ft. of outward facing glass. What we really like and what’s deserved is a dedicated crew lounge within the building offering crew members complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity, TV access, optimized storage, quiet places and more. While we’re on the topic Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line recently announced totally free internet for all crew members.

Broward County Mayor Beam Furr said:

“This is the largest financial investment that Port Everglades has made in a cruise terminal, and we fully anticipate that Terminal 25’s iconic design will be a showcase for Broward County and Celebrity Cruises as we strive to create an inviting and fun environment for the millions of cruise passengers who visit here.”
