Set Sail Safely Act to Get Cruise Industry Moving Again

Florida Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio have introduced a new Set Sail Safely Act to get the cruise industry moving again.

The popular Carnival Cruise Line Hub App will be on all 25 cruise ships by April 2017.

At the moment, there are 20 ships where cruise guests can use the onboard App but over the coming months even more ships will join in on the fun. Carnival Cruise Line Ambassador John heald posted that Carnival Spirit and Carnival Legend will go live with the Hub App by the beginning of February at the latest.

The app will also be rolled out to Carnival Liberty and Carnival Dream during their scheduled refurbishment drydocks. The fantasy class Carnival Fascination will also get the app sometime at the end of March 2017. By April the entire fleet will have the App and will enhance the cruise experience for thousands of onboard guests.

Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Ecstasy, Carnival Elation, Carnival Fantasy, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Glory, Carnival Imagination, Carnival Inspiration, Carnival Magic, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sensation, Carnival Splendor, Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Triumph, Carnival Valor, Carnival Victory and Carnival Vista.

The App can be downloaded for free from Google Play and Itunes. To use the apps chat feature there is a $5 charge, guests can chat to each other anywhere on the ship for the entire duration of the voyage. There are tons of features where passengers can keep updated on the latest activities, use deck plans, book packages, check the onboard account balance and a lot more. Carnival is also rolling out new updates including making dining reservations.
