Hurricane Irma is on the way and cruise lines have already started changing itineraries to keep cruise passengers and crew safe.
Carnival Cruise Line has so far altered itineraries for four cruise ships including Carnival Glory, Carnival Magic, Carnival Splendor and Carnival Pride. The Carnival cruise ships will stay away from Hurricane Irma with most sailing a Western Caribbean cruise instead. Carnival Pride which is based out of Baltimore will still sail to the Bahamas but with a revised itinerary.

As Hurricane Irma makes her way towards Northeastern parts of the Caribbean and depending on the track we could see further cruise ships being impacted. The category 3 Hurricane is heading for major cruise destinations and could hit Southern parts of Florida later in the week.
