The Carnival Elation which is a fantasy-class vessel operated by Carnival Cruise Line has earned full marks from recent U.S.P.H. Inspections.
The Carnival ship recently had U.S.P.H (United States Public Health) inspections and earned a perfect 100 score for the second consecutive time. The inspections took place when the vessel was docked in its home port of Jacksonville, Florida.
During the inspections from the CDC many aspects of the ship are looked at. Sanitation procedures are an important part of the process which also includes food hygiene, food preparation, cleanliness and overall ship condition. The crew will often have to follow the correct procedures and will often make sure the ship is ready days before an inspection is due.
We must congratulate the crew members for all their hard work and getting a perfect score. Carnival Elation is currently year-round four- and five-day cruises from Jacksonville, carrying 170,000 guests a year from JAXPORT.
