Carnival Cruise Line has announced the largest selection of cruises ever from Australia for 2020. A total of 77 sailings are being offered from three different home ports on different Carnival cruise ships.
Carnival’s Largest Selection of Cruises
The Miami-based cruise line has launched its 2020 Australian cruise program which features the largest selection of cruises ever out of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The sailings will be open for bookings from in July 2018.
More choice will be available for Carnival with Carnival Splendor’s full year of cruises in the region and the recently announced Carnival Spirit deployment from Brisbane for the very first time.
Carnival Cruise Line Vice President Australia, Jennifer Vandekreeke, said:
“2020 marks a significant milestone as we offer Australians the first full year of sailings onboard Carnival Splendor. Joining us down under as our newest and largest ship in Australia, we can’t wait to give holidaymakers the chance to experience all the fun she has to offer.
“We’re equally thrilled to announce our very first sailings from Brisbane. We know Queenslanders will love the range of unique itineraries we’ve developed especially for them, including calls to tropical havens such as Santo, Vanuatu.”
Carnival Splendor Sailings
The only class cruise ship of its kind in the fleet will offer cruises from Sydney, Australia starting on March 11, 2020. This will kick off her first year down under and prices for the 8-night voyage to the South Pacific starts from $1,049 per person, interior twin share.
There will be a 3-night sampler weekend cruise being offered by the ship on August 28, 2020. The voyage will cost at least $499 per person, interior twin share.

Carnival Spirit Sailings
Carnival Spirit is the main Australian ship in the fleet and has already been based int he region for a while. The Spirit class vessel will offer more choice from Brisbane for the first time with 7-day cruises to Espiritu Santo, Mystery Island and Noumea.
Prices for Carnival Spirit cruise from Brisbane to New Caledonia and Vanuatu departing on November 29, 2020, will start from $1,099 per person.
