Carnival Cruise Line has been certified as a great place to work after an employee survey from shoreside and shipboard was completed.
It’s Great to Work at Carnival Cruise Line!
Thanks to a private employee servey by the Great place to Work organization, Carnival Cruise Line is now officially certified as a great place to work. Shoreside employees including Carnival Miami headquarters and shipboard employees on all Carnival cruise ship took the survey.
The results showed that at least 70 percent of more than a total of 40,000 workers have a consistently positive experience working for the cruise line. Also, more than 80 percent of workers indicated they are proud to tell others that they work for the cruise line.
Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, said:

“To have our team members say we’re a Great Place to Work is a wonderful validation of those efforts.”
Carnival is providing a positive atmosphere across the company where professional growth and opportunities for promotion are available. For crew members, the company often puts on fun events and activities to make them feel relaxed and enjoy their time while being away from family for many months at a time.
