Camp Ocean which is a marine-inspired play area for kids has now been rolled out across all Carnival cruise ships. No matter which ship is chosen for a cruise vacation kids can enjoy this fun space for playing.
Camp Ocean Completes Rollout
This is the best place for young cruisers aged 2 – 11 to hang out and have some fun. Now that Camp Ocean has been rolled out across all 26 Carnival ships kids can enjoy colorful ocean-inspired facilities. All kinds of activities and games are now offered at Camp Ocean including trivia based on marine life, Ocean Bingo, crafts activities and active games. In total Carnival Cruise Line offers 400 activities.
Camp Ocean kids are divided into different groups so the best activity can be experienced for the right age. The three different age groups are Penguins (2-5), Sting Rays (6-8) and Sharks (9-11). Depending on the ship class spaces vary and some have breakout rooms called Party Reef and Creative Cove.
The cruise line which is family friendly and carries more than 800,000 kids a year is the one to choose with everything for all age groups. Carnival’s Circle C offers a wide range of activities and things to do for the slightly older kids starting from 12 – 14 years old. Club 02 then cover 15 – 17-year-olds on board.

Carnival Cruise Line also has an ongoing partnership with Dr.Seuss and this program called Seuss at Sea offers a wide range of exclusive spaces and activities during the voyage. The newest ship Carnival Horizon even has a dedicated Dr.Seuss WaterPark.
