Adventure of the Seas in Full Relief Effort Mode

Adventure of the Seas is in full relief effort mode by delivering urgent supplies to Hurricane hit islands of Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Croix.

The Royal Caribbean cruise ship is busy involved in relief efforts in the Eastern Caribbean. The large cruise ship is leading the way and calling at three different islands in the Caribbean badly hit by Hurricane Irma and Maria this month.

On Wednesday Adventure of the Seas arrived in Puerto Rico which has really been struggling since Hurricane Maria recently hit. The island has been out of power and residents are needing food, water, and essential supplies. The ship arrived in San Juan where medical teams, relief supplies, and 500 generators were offloaded to help with recovery.

The Royal Caribbean cruise ship is heading to St. Thomas and St Croix too and will be evacuating almost 3,000 people including families of Royal Caribbean employees. This operation is in partnership with the Government. The ship will then take everyone back to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Essential supplies will also be dropped off to the islands to be distributed to residents.
