Now that the Quantum of the Seas has entered service it’s time for us to shift our focus to one of the highlights of the cruise industry in 2015.
P&O Britannia will be arriving in March 2015 and will be the largest ever cruise ship purpose-built for the UK market. The ship will bring new experiences to the cruise line and will showcase British cruising to the world with its huge 94 meter Union Jack flag on the hull.
P&O Cruises have released a new video telling all us cruise lovers how the build is coming along at the Fincantieri shipyard in Malfalcone, Italy. It’s looking complete with now most of the work being done inside the ship.
Britannia is 142,000 tons and will carry over 3,650 passengers when it begins sailing from Southampton, UK.
